Step 1: The device needs to be jail broken. There is jailbreak available up to 5.1 version of i-pads(up to 5.0.1 the devices can be jailbroken un-tethered while 5.1 can be jailbroken semi-tethered)

Step 3: This application developed by "Ryan Petrich" has to purchased for $1.99, but considering its use and quality of this program, the price is nothing.

Step 4: Goto setting and scroll down to find RETINAPAD to click on that.

Step 5: You can turn on the programs that you want to use this application with.
